Frequently Asked

Questions we hear from insurers, lenders, and resale buyers.

How is HR IV™ different from a manufacturer spec sheet?
An OEM spec sheet describes what a humanoid robot can do on day one. An HR IV™ Report describes the verified operational history, degradation curve, and residual insurable value of a specific unit at a specific date. Drawn from field data, not marketing claims.
Who can request a report?
Insurers underwriting coverage, lenders structuring leases, resale buyers, regulators, OEM partners, and authorized representatives of the fleet owner. A standard NDA is required for all report deliveries.
What is Bear, Base, Bull?
Three scenario-weighted valuations. Bear assumes accelerated degradation or adverse market conditions. Base is the central-estimate valuation. Bull assumes favorable operational and market conditions. All three use the same signed Robot Health Passport™ input data.
Is the HR IV™ algorithm audited?
The HR IV™ methodology is the subject of a US non-provisional patent application filed in March 2026. Formal actuarial review and methodology disclosure accompany general availability in Q3 2026.
How long is a report valid?
Every HR IV™ Report is valid for 180 days from issue date, or until a material new service event is added to the underlying Robot Health Passport™ record. After that, a refreshed report is available on request.
What if I do not have the unit ID?
Submit the request with the information you have. Our team can locate registered units by fleet owner, OEM platform, and deployment location. Unit ID is preferred but not required at request time.
